When Lisa is not helping her clients with real estate, you will likely find her at Toyota Center working her "fun" job for the Houston Rockets - but don't worry - she loves ALL Houston Sports teams! She's also a serious dog lover and the favorite aunt to her niece and nephews. When she's not working, Lisa loves baking, pilates and Lagree classes, trying every new and existing coffee shop in and around the Houston area, and if you need a restaurant recommendation she's got you covered. She takes great pleasure in helping to provide assistance to back-to-school programs and to disadvantaged families during the holidays - and when time permits, she loves going with her mom to deliver 'Meals on Wheels' on Mondays

Sandiya Venturato brings 18 years of real estate experience to Coldwell Banker United. Originally from the Southeast Asian island of Sri Lanka, she also brings with her a rich cultural diversity and experience that spans living in several big cities and a working-knowledge of multiple corporate industries.

With a degree in business, Sandiya has worked both in the Medical Industry, as an assistant to a leading orthopedic surgeon and for 11 years in global sales and purchasing in the Oil and Gas sector of Houston. Sandiya is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CHLMS) whose keen eye for decor and staging has helped numerous clients sell their homes in record time.

Marwah Fawcett is Egyptian by nationality and was born in the Hague, Holland. After growing up in Calgary, Canada for 11 years the Memorial Area of Houston became home for her at the age of 14. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in business from The University of Texas.

Marwah's background is rich in client service as she was a Health and Welfare Consultant assisting companies set up and maintain benefit plans for their employees.

Very active in the client service industry, her expertise was far reaching as she was the employee advocate/liaison with insurance companies, educated on compliance and legislative issues and reviewed plan documents and contracts. Financial analysis and negotiating renewals with insurance companies was an intricate part of her job description that would later play a significant role in her success as a realtor.

While staying home with her 2 girls, Marwah began her entrepreneurial journey and created BellaJules. She imported home goods from various countries as well as national goods to sell at pop up markets, charity functions and holiday markets. As she bridged into real estate, the accomplishments from previous endeavors proved to be invaluable to her success in the world of real estate.

Marwah is known for her keen eye for detail.
