I am a native Texan, born and raised in Odessa, and making the move to Houston in 1990. I know and have lived the Texas real estate market!! Working as a loan officer for many years and now on the real estate side, I will help you in all the stages of the buying/selling home process. In addition to this, as a mother of five children with three currently in college, I know first hand how important schools and neighborhoods are to a growing family.

My hobbies include running with my very active dog Fahren, playing tennis, GNO with my besties, and going on vacations with my husband and family. I also am an active member of Faithbridge Church and teach every Wednesday night a group of sweet teenage girls and help them learn to love one another and love their neighbors as themselves.

I have endless energy and always full of joy, I will never be too busy to devote my time and attention to giving you the professional service you deserve when it comes to buying or selling your home.

Patti's initial foray in to real estate was more than 35 years ago, when she purchased her first home, remodeled the house, and sold it. Patti is a tough negotiator with a keen, analytical mind, but the true cornerstone of her success is her great warmth and deep empathy for her clients. "I love to negotiate, and I work until the deal is done", she says. "That's what my buyers or sellers hire me for, and I will do whatever it takes to make them happy! Because after all, these are not just houses, these are people's homes."

Patti's sales are divided between "inside" and "outside" Loop 610. She sells homes everywhere from Memorial to River Oaks to Galveston and beyond. A native Houstonian, she operates confidently in all neighborhoods and imparts the city's secrets to her clients with a knowledge only an insider possesses.

Patti grew up in the Museum District, West University, and Memorial. She graduated from Memorial High School then attended the University of Texas and the University of North Texas. She is married and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
