Outside of real estate Carol dedicates her personal time to her husband Dennis of 42 years and her family. She loves interior design, art and traveling. ,In the recent past she was a member of The Rotary Club of Bee Caves, The Rotary Club of Lakeway, the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce, youth programs at Emmaus Catholic Church, Heroic Media and numerous charities on the Austin area. Currently she is involved in the music program of St. Anthonys of Padua in The Woodlands, as well as a member of the church council, The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce and hospital ministry at St. Lukes Hospital.

My name is Rosaura Reyes better know as Rose. Although I was born in Dominican Republic I consider myself a true Houstonian having been raised in the Houston are since the age of twelve. Being born into a family with a strong background in Real Estate, Chase Fabling was raised in Houston's Energy Corridor where he attended Spring Branch Schools and often assisted in his family's real estate business. Moving inside the loop 9 years ago, Chase attended the University of Houston, completing his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance. A member of the Undergraduate Real Estate Scholars, Chase participated in numerous courses relevant to analyzing market trends including Applied Econometrics and Data Mining. Chase hopes to use his background to help his clients make solid investment decisions for both their personal residences and business endeavors. Chase, currently a resident of Near Northside, specializes in serving clients in areas in which he has resided including Montrose, East Downtown, Midtown, The Heights, First Ward & West Houston/Energy Corridor.

• Driven by his passion to help family and friends find the right home for their stage in life, Joseph Nguyen began investing in residential real estate in 2013. His customer serving experience in banking/lending and as a CPA provides him with a unique skillset allowing him to be transparent & serve his clients at the highest level. He obtained his real estate license in 2018 and would like to pay it forward by assisting others and their loved ones with the same care he would for his family & friends.

• Joseph is a native Houstonian who began serving the community during high school in 2003 at a local credit union as a Banker assisting members with deposits and loans. He was eventually promoted to Loan Officer approving $200-$500k in loans monthly for people with all types of backgrounds and credit history. His tenure at the credit union ended in Dec. 2009 after working his last three years as the credit union's Controller responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, setting loan & deposit rates, implementing policies & procedures, etc.

• Joseph is a CPA, has a M.S. in Accountancy and B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Houston. He left the credit union to pursue a career in public accounting working at EY, a big four Accounting Firm. During his seven years in public accounting, he assisted Fortune 500 & private companies develop internal controls, provide audited financial statements, assist with SEC filings, file federal tax returns and perform technical research for C-Suite executives. He primarily served a Global Real Estate client with more than $120 billion under management and several Oil & Gas clients. Joseph is currently working as the Assistant Controller for a Houston based Oil & Gas company and is continually looking for opportunities to help the community and grow as an individual.
