What started out as an obsession of walking open houses on Sundays, has now turned into a 15 year career! Since getting my license in 2006, I have worked in many different facets of real estate that include working with land developers, homebuilders, and most importantly helping my closest friends and family find their home. I have a genuine passion for helping others find the right place they can make a home. As a mother of two girls, I know firsthand the importance of finding the right place where a family can build a community. I have lived in Houston for over 20 years and currently reside in the Memorial area. I grew up in Northwest Houston and was the oldest of three girls and a state champion tennis player (always have to throw that in there). I attended Baylor University where I met my husband, Jerry Gronauer, Jr. Some of our favorite activities are days spent with our girls, cheering on the Baylor Bears (Sic'Em!) and visiting our favorite place, Watercolor, Florida. Most of the time, you can find me in the kitchen cooking up something good! I am a native Cajun, but I come from a big Lebanese family where food is very important, and we are always planning our next meal! Above all else, I believe I am a hard worker. I genuinely love what I do and strive to make the home buying or selling process smooth and enjoyable for my clients.

Richard Orellana, Houston native has been a Texas-certified CPA since 1998.  He holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Houston.  His genuine interest in helping others doesn't end with business, either as he has passion for volunteering and giving back to our community.  

Richard hosts an annual Diaper Drive in December for the Houston Area Women's Center which has collected just over 265,000 Diapers since 2013.  He led the team that initiated an annual event at the Houston Food Bank in honor of the 9/11 National Day of Service that by its 5th year reached over 1,000 volunteers on one day.  He has served on the United Way Young Leaders Council and is a graduate of the UW Project Blueprint program.  He has served on the Board of Directors for the UH Bauer College Alumni Association, UH Hispanic Alumni Association and ALPFA - Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting and chaired the Public Relations Committee for the Houston CPA Society.  He has mentored several UH students through the UH Hispanic Business Student Association (HBSA) Mentorship Program.  He has served in many volunteer capacities for various nonprofits including (Big Brothers and Big Sisters, I Have a Dream, Ronald McDonald House) and a court appointed advocate for Child Advocates.  He has also completed numerous marathons and 2 Ironman Triathlons. 

Farrah is excited to be in real estate after living in the Houston area for 10 years. With a decade of experience in communications, Farrah understands the importance of building relationships with her clients and knows communication is key to a successful relationship. She is dedicated to creating an individualized plan for each client based on their needs, whether it be buying, selling, or leasing. Using her experience in real estate investment, Farrah's approach is focused on being a real estate consultant, providing guidance through every step of the process with her client's best interest in mind. From lenders to plumbers and more, Farrah works closely with vendors and other resources to provide her clients a full-service real estate experience. Farrah graduated from Texas A&M in 2006 and has since spent her time making a lasting impact on her community.
