After more than a decade in public accounting as a licensed CPA, Jennifer is applying her analytical skills and eye for detail to the residential real estate market. Born and raised in our great city, Jennifer is a native Houstonian. A proud graduate of Stratford High School, Jennifer is also a proud Aggie! Graduating magna cum laude from the Mays Business School, Jennifer earned a master's degree in finance and an undergraduate degree in accounting. Jennifer was a member and Recruitment Chairman of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Always social, Jennifer is a great communicator and has a passion for people. Jesica Anderson graduated with a Bachelor in Business/International Trade, worked in Corporate America for many years, and acquired a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Jesica became a full time real estate agent when she moved back to Houston for the third time. She has experienced both corporate and personal relocations numerous times, and has lived in five different countries. Thus she understands how stressful the moving process can be.

Kendra Wheaton started her real estate career in 2006 with McGuyer Homebuilders Inc.. As a Sales Manager, she sold new homes for Pioneer and Plantations Homes for 4 years in the Pearland area. In 2008 and 2009 she received the Elite Sales Award for over $4 Million in sales closed for both years. In 2009, Kendra was also recognized for receiving a 100% Customer Recommendation Rating from all her customers. In 2010, Kendra became a licensed real estate agent and joined RE/MAX One in Pearland. During her first year she was named Rookie of the Year. In 2011, she was a RE/MAX of Texas 100 Percent Club winner, received the Quantum Leap Award for her increase in sales from 2010 to 2011 and was also awarded the 2011 Agent of the Year honor. Kendra joined Greenwood King Properties in the Memorial area in 2012 to expand her business into the luxury market. She worked alongside several of the Top Producers in all of Houston with a focus on growing her brand and incorporating creative and innovative marketing. During her time as a Realtor, Kendra realized the importance of giving back to community. As a member of the Young Professional Network, she completed several Rebuild Together Houston projects which include repairing homes for low-income elderly homeowners. Her efforts help enhance the quality of life for deserving seniors. In 2017, Kendra joined the Realty ONE Group, Experience family to expand her business into The Woodlands and surrounding areas.
