I'm a proud native Houstonian and ninth-generation Texan and excited to share what I love about this great city. As a former elementary school teacher, my skills in communication and attention to detail help keep my clients and transactions organized and on track. My experience has taught me the value of premiere customer service and the importance of identifying and achieving client goals.

I truly enjoy connecting with people and nurturing lifelong relationships. My husband Rob and I have been married for 33 years and have two daughters, one son-in-law and two fabulous granddaughters! When not working, I enjoy family time, friends, traveling, college football and Astros baseball. I am not ashamed to admit I am "crazy fangirl" over Orbit, the Astros Mascot.

Janice and Ron have been residents of Cinco Ranch for the last 28 years and have been giving back to the community in many ways. They are the local Santa and Mrs. Claus for over 34 years and have held many fundraisers benefiting the homeless children of our city.



Janice is a Master Scuba Diver and has spent many years as an underwater photographer. She and Ron have traveled all over the world escaping to the wonderful exotic destinations to spend their entire week underwater. I cannot imagine a better way to regenerate my personal battery so I can get back to work with a fresh face on life! Nothing can scare me..... I dive with the sharks!

Originally from The Woodlands, Realtor associate Mindy Voyles moved to Houston in 2000, with her husband Adam and their children.  They landed in Briargrove (which they loved) and later moved to the Memorial Villages where they put down roots.  Though she was busy raising three kids and volunteering at schools, she also started doing accounting work for small businesses.
