I have moved 18 times in my lifetime. I have lived in nine cities in four countries on four continents. I have been a renter, an owner and a landlord. My oldest home was more than a 100-years-old and three were new construction. I also spent a year renovating a house. Without realizing it, I had been preparing for a career in real estate my entire life. Along the way, I graduated from the University of Texas, worked as a photojournalist, graduated from Culinary Arts School, worked in restaurants and as a caterer and traveled to more than 30 countries. One thing that remains a constant is my desire to explore new places and continue learning about old ones. Houston is my home; the place where I always return. After living here, off and on, for more than 28 years, I am still discovering new things about our city. My goal is to make the home buying and selling process as smooth as possible for my clients. "Making people happy, one house at a time" is my driving force. I'm focused on continuing my Real Estate education so that I can always represent my clients to the best of my ability. Because of my vast personal experience in real estate, I understand my clients' needs. I know what it's like to pack up a house and move to a new city or just a new house in the same city. Born and raised in Houston, Claire de Roode is proud to call the Bayou City her home, which is why selling real estate here is a natural for her. She has lived in all parts of the city,has been trained by top professionals and has been known to provide exceptional service to her clients. After graduating from Memorial High School, Claire became a Tiger at Louisiana State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2005. Since college, she has worked for the top brokerages in Houston and has been involved in many different types of transactions- from residential resales to leases to foreclosures to ranch land transactions.

Ileana Armenta grew up in Guadalajara Jal Mexico and is bilingual in Spanish. After relocating to the Katy/Houston, Texas area, Ileana has gained knowledge as a local to navigate the real estate markets in these areas. She is proficient in helping people relocate and finding them a great place to call home.
When she is not helping clients buy, sell, or lease, Ileana loves to spend time with her family and watch her son play sports.
