Pilar is a transplant Houstonian with a heart of gold and unbridled enthusiasm. Pilar is originally from San Luis Potosi, Mexico, she moved to Houston in 2007. Before real estate, Pilar worked in the restaurant industry, where she worked for over 13 years. Her knowledge in customer service gives her the ability to observe what the client needs are and listen to their wants. Pilar is energetic, unforgettable and dedicated to fulfilling your real estate needs.

As full time Real Estate Agent Licensed by the State of Texas I have grown to understand the market strategies needed in Buying/Selling property. I am part of the Houston Association of Realtor (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). I'm committed to helping others have the best and hassle free experience when it comes to buying or selling their home. I was raised in New England but have been in Houston all of my professional carrier. While experiencing first hand the dramatic change in the market the passed few years I have been able to adapt to the situation by thinking outside the box to deliver consistent results. Clients have been very satisfied with the way I've handled situations that in turn gave us the upper hand in negotiating repairs, sale price and more. Communication is a key when going through the Real Estate process. Keeping my clients up to date is a main concern of mine.

Representing clients for 23 years in Houston, Clive has achieved a reputation as a diligent and caring agent with a history of marketing fine homes in the Energy Corridor of West Houston. He has been a consistent Top Producing agent within the Twin Lakes, Lakes on Eldridge and Lakes on Eldridge North for over 20 years. Born and educated in England, Clive spent a globe-trotting carer in the chemical industry, managing businesses throughout the Americas. He now relishes the challenges of Real Estate and continually strives to achieve the most satisfying and stress-free experience for his clients. They have become friends. Clive has two children and six grandchildren He enjoys sailing, family, friends and laughter.
