MaryAnn Marinas was raised in Houston, TX and has lived in many parts of the surrounding Houston area throughout her life. She has traveled to many cities across the country but feels that none compare to what Houston has to offer. She appreciates this great city for its young professionals, growing families, and vibrant retiring population. With the amazing growth and new development in Fort Bend County, she currently focuses on Sugar Land and the surrounding areas.

MaryAnn has been in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. She became a nurse in 2005 and received a Master of Science Degree in Nursing in 2012. Although she loves caring for others in the healthcare setting, she also has a passion for real estate. She enjoys helping others find a home to meet their needs and dreams. Kim Zander is a go-getter with a passion for real estate. A graduate of the University of Houston, Zander earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Science and Merchandising. Her background as a Senior Corporate Account Manager gave Zander national and international negotiations experience working with several Fortune 100 companies, including ExxonMobil, MW Kellogg, and Schlumberger. She continues to bring these leadership skills and accomplishments to the negotiating table, pairing them with her unique personal touch. She feels it is a privilege to guide clients as they make life-changing decisions, no matter the phase of life they're in. An Illinois native, Zander has lived in Houston for more than 35 years and in the Memorial area for over 20 years, giving her a strong network of relationships. She loves to travel, watch sports, and work out, but mostly she enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, their three children, Jake, Ava, and Olivia, and their darling Labrador Retriever, Noa Belle Zander.
