Jerry is a Houston, TX based Real Estate Broker, investor, and property manager whom have been involved in real estate since 2011. Prior to his work in real estate, he served as an as an external auditor for Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers as well as an internal auditor for a large oil and gas corporation. In his work as an auditor, he performed full scope audits of financial statements for large SEC and non-SEC clients, including companies in the global 500 and multinationals.

He is both a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas. Formal education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Houston (2005) and a Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA) degree from the University of Houston (2006).

Jerry brings knowledge and expertise needed from selling to buying to investing, he would be happy to consult with you and make the process as smooth and successful as possible. Phyllis Rauls believes that by taking her energy and focusing on her clients, she is building relationships built on trust, integrity and honesty that will last a lifetime. A resident of Houston since the mid-1970s, Phyllis hails from Memphis, TN. Prior to her successful career selling residential real estate she was a property manager for more than 20 years and managed portfolios for investors all over the world. “That experience allowed me to develop a wide range of communication skills to include investors in Class-A as well as low-income properties,” she says. “From $20,000 to $20 million – as Martha likes to say!”

A strong believer in thinking outside the box to get a deal done, Phyllis enjoys problem solving. “Making things happen, every day is a new day – and, most importantly, every client becomes a friend,” she says. “I enjoy every moment of what I do, especially educating my clients to the market. I love guiding my sellers to determine market value for their home, and finding a home that’s a great match for my buyers.”

When not working, Phyllis volunteers her time as a Friend of Ronald McDonald House. “I’m into everything for Ronald McDonald House – preparing evening meals, filling Santa’s House, and working on fund raisers. I was the chairperson of the 2014 Girls Just Wanna Have Fun fundraiser, an all-women event. The smiles from the children we help and the looks of comfort on their parents’ faces are priceless gifts.”

Phyllis adores cooking, trying new wines and traveling “anywhere there’s water.” Her son and daughter-in-law live in Northern California where he raises organic vegetables and is a well-known caterer. Phyllis enjoys going there every few months as grandmother to two young granddaughters. Phyllis also claims an extended family of two young grandchildren, two sons who are doctors, a daughter in the film industry, and a son who is a professional barista.

I spent nearly 15 years in the Oil and Gas Industry in Business Development, building my skills in communication and in working with all kinds of people from different backgrounds. I loved what I did, but real estate has opened the door to something I was missing- to have the chance to help people get something that greatly impacts their lives and their families. Having completed over 400 successful residential and commercial real estate transactions, Fred and his wife, Cinda, have worked together as a top-producing real estate team since 1998 and are members of the Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty Circle of Excellence. "We like the opportunity to be of service to our clients as they make one of their most important decisions – purchasing or selling a home or a commercial property," says Fred. "It places us in a position of extreme trust, much the same as the household moving business. We're repositioning people in a critical period of their lives."

Formerly from Victoria, Texas, Fred moved to Houston in 1989. He attended the University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of the University of Houston.

Fred supports various civic and fraternal organizations including the Victoria Masonic Lodge, the Art League of Houston, Phi Delta Theta Alumni, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Fred and Cinda have two married daughters and four granddaughters and are very involved in their activities.
