Steven is a real estate specialist and proud native Houstonian who found his passion in real estate at a young age. His entrepreneurial experience allows him to quickly adapt to the ever-changing real estate market. He believes that in this competitive market, one must adopt new technology as it becomes available. He is able to differentiate himself with his experience in start-ups, building, creative financing, capital raising, and digital marketing.

Past Experience Steven is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Houston with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the prestigious Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship. The program again lands a top spot on the list of the Top 25 Undergraduate Schools for Entrepreneurs, released every year by The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur.

Fun Fact While pursuing his education, Steven co-founded Resthetics, a medical device company that captures and recycles anesthetic gases in hospital operating rooms before they are released into the atmosphere. His team raised over XXXk in seed capital funding from VCs and business plan competitions.

After 2017, Steven withdrew his position due to FDA regulations and co-founded a global digital marketing firm that delivers growth to existing businesses through web traffic + foot traffic. His team has been featured in the AMA's Crystal Awards as the "Top Marketer of the Year" and is known for creative marketing projects like the Biscuit Paint Wall that used to be at Headquarters in EADO.

I've felt the calling to "put a dent in the universe" since I was 9 years old. The traditional path that everyone else was on was never an option. For me, it meant having an impact for God with my life, something Anderson and I both thought was only possible in vocational ministry. However, I've always been entrepreneurial and had a natural craving for anything business related. When trying to reconcile the two passions, I finally realized that God was calling me to use business to care for people. Anderson and I first started trying to figure out what that meant in 2009 and after some meandering, partnered up in 2013. After running the real estate gamut together and realizing our true passion, we formed Connected Realty to focus on helping people successfully navigate the buying and selling process. That passion for people soon expanded to include growing a team of agents, whose lives we could have an even greater impact on.

History: Memorial born and raised, Dad spent his career selling new construction for Houston home-builders, started first real business at 13, involved in a number of different ventures since, partnered with Anderson in 2013, been working together in Houston and Austin real estate ever since.

Personal: In addition to my work at Connected, I helped start CrowdSource Rescue with two of my best friends, which was used to rescue over 30,000 people in the wake of Hurricane Harvey and has since become a major player in disaster response.

Ryan Boone has been passionate about real estate since his earliest years growing up in Houston Texas. Ryan always knew that he wanted to chart a path helping others, and found his true calling in real estate serving his clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.
