Hi there, I am Hein Taljaard. I grew up in South Africa and have made Texas my home. I previously worked in international real estate for more than 30 years, buying, selling and managing properties. I am very familiar with the Southeast Houston real estate market and believe it is a burgeoning area. I have an MBA and master's in science degrees and worked in international business development and marketing for many years!

Being a real estate agent is my passion. It allows me to find the dream home for my clients. I believe a successful real estate agent should be available to the seller/buyer/landlord/tenant to serve their needs and more! I will always look after the interests of my client in a honest and open manner.

In my spare time, I love to cycle, work out at the gym, barbecue and watch sports. I do most sports with my wife. We both love to travel, from hiking in beautiful Texas State parks to traveling internationally. We love wine, especially red wine!

I worked in international business development and marketing. I now am a full-time realtor, being part of the National Association of Realtors and Houston Association of Realtors.

Over 40 years of experience dedicating my time to servicing my client's needs, educating them along the way so they feel comfortable with the decisions they make. When buying or selling, my clients want someone that will be honest with them whether that is when selling their current home, buying a new home, pre-owned home or just planning for the future. I have 3 roles as your By Referral Only Real Estate Agent ~ Consult, Negotiate and Oversee all transaction details. As your Consultant, I guide you through the process of clarifying your goals because when your goals are clear your decisions are easy. It's important you know what is truly important to you and in doing so, I can be the best Consultant for you. As your Negotiator, I treat your money as if it were my own. When it comes time to making or saving money, I am a strong negotiator. I work hard for you always keeping in mind what your goals are and what is best for you. As the person that oversees ALL your transactional details, I make sure to stay on top of things. With over 100 phone calls and over 150 pieces of paper per transaction, that attention to detail is not only critical but necessary ~ an error could be costly. I am here for you to ensure all i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Not to say I am perfect but my focus is always client centered, always on you. My goal for you is to get you the most amount of money, if selling, or save you as much as I can, if buying. I want to make sure you are protected and cared for. I want to make you so outrageously happy when you list or buy your house with me that you cannot help but tell your friends and family about your experience.
