I have 3 roles as your By Referral Only Real Estate Agent ~ Consult, Negotiate and Oversee all transaction details. As your Consultant, I guide you through the process of clarifying your goals because when your goals are clear your decisions are easy. It's important you know what is truly important to you and in doing so, I can be the best Consultant for you. As your Negotiator, I treat your money as if it were my own. When it comes time to making or saving money, I am a strong negotiator. I work hard for you always keeping in mind what your goals are and what is best for you. As the person that oversees ALL your transactional details, I make sure to stay on top of things. With over 100 phone calls and over 150 pieces of paper per transaction, that attention to detail is not only critical but necessary ~ an error could be costly. I am here for you to ensure all i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Not to say I am perfect but my focus is always client centered, always on you. My goal for you is to get you the most amount of money, if selling, or save you as much as I can, if buying. I want to make sure you are protected and cared for. Born and raised in New Jersey, Jessica followed the love of her life, Craig, to Houston in 2006 and has been living in the Memorial area ever since.
