I have 3 roles as your By Referral Only Real Estate Agent ~ Consult, Negotiate and Oversee all transaction details. As your Consultant, I guide you through the process of clarifying your goals because when your goals are clear your decisions are easy. It's important you know what is truly important to you and in doing so, I can be the best Consultant for you. As your Negotiator, I treat your money as if it were my own. When it comes time to making or saving money, I am a strong negotiator. I work hard for you always keeping in mind what your goals are and what is best for you. As the person that oversees ALL your transactional details, I make sure to stay on top of things. With over 100 phone calls and over 150 pieces of paper per transaction, that attention to detail is not only critical but necessary ~ an error could be costly. I am here for you to ensure all i's are dotted and t's are crossed. Not to say I am perfect but my focus is always client centered, always on you. My goal for you is to get you the most amount of money, if selling, or save you as much as I can, if buying. I want to make sure you are protected and cared for. I want to make you so outrageously happy when you list or buy your house with me that you cannot help but tell your friends and family about your experience.

Proud to call Texas his home, Nick moved to Dallas over seventeen years ago. He spent nine years working at J.P. Morgan after graduating as the from Anderson University (Indiana) in 2006. He worked as both an analyst and an auditor in the finance sector, but an opportunity open up for him to change careers, and he took it and didn't look back! He now uses his eye for detail, his love of helping people understand hard processes, and his desire to serve the greater DFW community, as a real estate agent.

In his spare time, Nick enjoys volunteering with his church, going to the movies, taking walks with his family, and rooting for the Texas Rangers, Indianapolis Colts, and Dallas Stars. He also loves to travel, and tries to visit family in Indiana and in other parts of the country, whenever possible. Nick currently resides in Dallas with his (incredible!) wife, Kali, and their two kids.
