I was born in Houston and moved to The Woodlands in 1970. After graduating, I went into the construction industry for over 20 years in all aspects of residential construction including being a Master Trim Carpenter and Custom Cabinet Builder. As the years came upon me, I moved my focus into sales where I stayed for many years until I bought my first business serving the legal community. After 13 years of self employment, my focus is back on what I loved the most. Helping people in the sales aspect of their dreams. I have been very involved with the Lake Conroe and Montgomery County real estate markets for many years. I can say with confidence that Montgomery, and in particular Lake Conroe, are fantastic places to live.  There has been a Baudat in this area for 6 generations and counting.  My great grandparents settled here in 1910, and my family is still proudly calling this area home.  To say the least, we have seen some changes.  In the last 20 years we have seen fantastic growth on Lake Conroe and the surrounding areas of Montgomery County. We have great school systems, shopping, and a great variety of sporting activities, including boating and golf.
