Nelva started her real estate career back in Chicago, a few years before she moved to the Houston area. In Chicago she dealt mostly in commercial real estate and enjoyed all the challenges that can and do arise as well as the reward of getting the transaction done. Upon moving to the Houston/Montgomery/Conroe area she still has a passion for commercial real estate, but found that she really loves the area.
