Experience: I acquired my Real Estate Salesman License in 1992. I spent 7 years selling Farm and Ranch and Residential properties at my families Brokerage in Centerville in Centerville Texas. I moved to Conroe in 1994, in 1999 I started selling homes in the Lake Conroe Area. I obtained a Broker's License in 2003. I have been very involved with the Lake Conroe and Montgomery County real estate markets for many years. I can say with confidence that Montgomery, and in particular Lake Conroe, are fantastic places to live.  There has been a Baudat in this area for 6 generations and counting.  My great grandparents settled here in 1910, and my family is still proudly calling this area home.  To say the least, we have seen some changes.  In the last 20 years we have seen fantastic growth on Lake Conroe and the surrounding areas of Montgomery County. We have great school systems, shopping, and a great variety of sporting activities, including boating and golf.

Dawn came to the Lake Livingston area as a weekender in the 1970's. She relocated to Coldspring in 1994 with her husband and two children. A graduate of Texas A&M, Dawn reentered the workforce as a math teacher. Her introduction to real estate in 2012 was the catalyst to pursue a career where she can be of service to the community that has become her home. With a heart for people and continuing education, Dawn has pursued additional education in real estate to further her knowledge and expertise in the field. In addition to her current real estate designations (GRI, CNE, SMP, and CSMS), she obtained her broker's license in 2017 in an effort to better serve her clientele.
