I was born in Houston and moved to The Woodlands in 1970. After graduating, I went into the construction industry for over 20 years in all aspects of residential construction including being a Master Trim Carpenter and Custom Cabinet Builder. As the years came upon me, I moved my focus into sales where I stayed for many years until I bought my first business serving the legal community. After 13 years of self employment, my focus is back on what I loved the most. Helping people in the sales aspect of their dreams. I know the ins and outs of residential construction and who better to walk your next house with you.

Cristin Wright is a life long resident of Montgomery County. She graduated Willis high school and attended Lone Star College to obtain her Associates Degree. She worked for a small office for 4 years as a sales agent prior to obtaining her brokers license and opening Southern Realty in Summer 2014. Her experience ranges from lease homes around Lake Conroe to large rural acreage tracts out in the country.
