I was born and raised in Houston and have over 40 years marketing communications, advertising and management experience. I've been fortunate to work with world-class organizations, in oil & gas and real estate, and have been well trained in strategic business processes.
I was a successful agent in the Lake Conroe office, before becoming Branch Manager. I understand new agents just starting out need assistance, assurance and guidance. Seasoned agents need less day-to-day direction, but seek assistance and coaching on how to take their business to the next level. I realize the importance of a friendly and collaborative office dynamic geared for growth and focused on customer service.
I admit I'm a bit of a "tech hound". I've been at the forefront of technology for the last 25 years. My husband, Mel, and I have owned and operated a Home Building and Subdivision Development Business for over 25 years. The home building and development business made it natural for me to transition into the real estate business. We own a home on acreage in Willis and are native to the Walker County and San Jacinto County areas. We attend Lone Star Cowboy Church in Montgomery. I recently sold my rural acreage with a barndominium home near Huntsville TX, using Bonita Botard as my agent. I could not have been any happier with the professional service, and personal attention that she provided!! Bonita went above and beyond everything that we agreed on during the listing agreement. There was never a question, a text message or phone call that went unanswered!! Prompt, polite, and very personable to say the least! Bonita kept me informed of every inquiry and every showing.
