Sarah has grown up in the Montgomery County area and moved to the Lake Conroe area 5 years ago. She graduated from University of Houston-DT and became a school teacher. After teaching in the Spring and Aldine School districts, she decided she wanted to challenge herself in a new career. Sarah became a real estate agent and went to work for Blake & Associates Realty. She wears many hats at Blake & Associates Realty and has gained tremendous experience from her mentor, Jeff Blake. Nelva Corona-Vargas, who is a native of Chicago, Illinois, has been a home owner in Lake Conroe and Greater Houston area since 2005. She loves the diversity of lake, city, country, fine dining, cozy cafes and all the opportunities for entertaining her children as well as enjoying all that is offered cultural wise as an adult too. There are museums, art galleries as well as opportunities to explore the great Sam Houston National Forest. Nelva started her real estate career back in Chicago, a few years before she moved to the Houston area. In Chicago she dealt mostly in commercial real estate and enjoyed all the challenges that can and do arise as well as the reward of getting the transaction done. Upon moving to the Houston/Montgomery/Conroe area she still has a passion for commercial real estate, but found that she really loves the area. Nelva lived a portion of her youth in Mexico, where she learned to speak Spanish as well as other dialects.
