In the period 1988-1999, Jackie expanded her real estate experience to start her own personal business and financial management company. This led to a considerable amount of lender liaison for residential and commercial loans; coordination of builders, contractors, appraisers and other support teams for development projects; and in-depth knowledge of the title business.

Flourishing with the area, Wendy was raised to serve. Commencing her real estate career as an independent appraiser, adding her real estate license, the two becoming the broker of Mariner Realty for 22 years. As broker she served as mentor and leader of a customer service driven team of highly experience agents; while handling a plump desk of her own.
