Dawn came to the Lake Livingston area as a weekender in the 1970's. She relocated to Coldspring in 1994 with her husband and two children. A graduate of Texas A&M, Dawn reentered the workforce as a math teacher. Her introduction to real estate in 2012 was the catalyst to pursue a career where she can be of service to the community that has become her home. With a heart for people and continuing education, Dawn has pursued additional education in real estate to further her knowledge and expertise in the field.
