Prior to getting licensed in Real Estate Sales, Terry worked as an MBA/PMP certified International Project Manager in oil in gas. She owns a very successful Lake Conroe waterfront short term rental condominium, where she also served as Vice President and President of the POA (Property Owners Association) for 5 years.
