Experience: I acquired my Real Estate Salesman License in 1992. I spent 7 years selling Farm and Ranch and Residential properties at my families Brokerage in Centerville in Centerville Texas. I moved to Conroe in 1994, in 1999 I started selling homes in the Lake Conroe Area. I obtained a Broker's License in 2003. She worked for a small office for 4 years as a sales agent prior to obtaining her brokers license and opening Southern Realty in Summer 2014. Her experience ranges from lease homes around Lake Conroe to large rural acreage tracts out in the country. I am a Native Houstonian and my Mother, Sister and I got our broker's licenses in 1975. At that time, I was one of the youngest women in Texas to have a Broker's license!
