On September 11, 2011 I joined the Wied Realty team as a licensed Texas Realtor®! My professional goal as a Texas Realtor® is to use my education and marketing experience to provide a superior service to each of my clients. It is my belief that good Realtors® construct their business around their client’s best interests. I have 10 years experience in oil and gas leasing, an Associate’s Degree in Agriculture (WCJC), Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology (University of Houston) and have owned and operated Wolf Run Internet Marketing for 13 years. I am a member of the Wharton and Bay City Chambers of Commerce and serve on the El Campo Chamber’s board. Beverly Miller Stepan

A fifth generation Texan and lifelong resident of Wharton County, Eric grew up in Crescent where he assisted his father in the operation of the family farming and ranching business. After completing his formal education at the University of Houston, Eric began his real estate career in Houston before starting his own company, C.E. Muegge Real Estate, in 1975. Eric and his wife, Cheri, a retired elementary school teacher, live in their country home near Wharton.

She attended University of Houston-Downtown where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Writing and followed it up with a Master of Science in Education from Walden University.

Having spent most of her adult life serving others, Terri Mund is a natural when it comes to serving your real estate needs. Working alongside her husband, Tod, they opened a small office supply company in the early 1980's to serve the Wharton County area. Later, as their 7 children grew, they began a household moving company where their children could learn the joy of serving others through their work. Having successfully homeschooled them throughout their primary and secondary education, they have all completed their college studies and are now successfully working in their desired fields. With her children grown, she now devotes herself full-time to her Real Estate career.







In 2022 Terri completed the 900 hours of real estate education and 4 years of experience required to become a licensed Texas real estate broker. She has gone on to continue her real estate education and now has well over 1,100 hours of continuing education. She is currently the broker/owner of her own firm, Terri Mund & Associates, Inc.
