Kris attended high school in Leavenworth, KS before beginning his career in the Kansas City area, working in sales for a large phone and internet company. He attended a local community college, studying HTML coding and website design. After contributing to the growth of many companies, he decided to build his own business. After that, his journey led him to Houston where he has been ever since. Kris began working for a Boutique Brokerage in 2017 where worked his way up to Director of Operations. After helping that team grow to a top team in the area, he decided to take on a new challenge as Client Care Coordinator for a new team. However, after spending 5+ years training agents, Kris finally decided to step into the transaction side of real estate, full time, as a Realtor with The Wolf Real Estate Group. After honing his skills as an full time agent, Kris has returned back to the Simien Team, where it all began.
