Lisa worked in commercial property management for six years in the 1980s prior to making the change to residential real estate sales. Lisa is very conversant with new construction and offers new-home buyers valuable guidance in negotiations with home builders.

A believer in continuing education, Lisa holds the coveted Certified Relocation Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist and Certified Residential Marketing Specialist designations. She is very involved in community activities and is an active member of the Bay Oaks Women’s Association and the Clear Brook High School Parent Teacher Association.

Lisa is a graduate of Milby High School. She earned a bachelor’s of business administration from the University of Houston Clear Lake where she graduated magna cum laude. Lisa is married and the mother of two sons, one a recent graduate of Texas Tech University and the other a student at Northeastern University in Boston, MA. When not working, she enjoys activities as a University of Houston Football Booster and is a co-founder of the “Crank it Up Coogs Red Campaign.”

Kitty Kalil is a very bright, innovative business woman who has been successful in numerous creative ventures and real estate. An artist, a painter and potter, she is able to guide her clients when choosing color, furniture placement or design for the home they purchase. While Kitty is a native Texan, born in Liberty, Texas, she had the benefit of living abroad in Nigeria and Venezuela as she relocated several times with her family.
