Kris attended high school in Leavenworth, KS before beginning his career in the Kansas City area, working in sales for a large phone and internet company. He attended a local community college, studying HTML coding and website design. After contributing to the growth of many companies, he decided to build his own business. After that, his journey led him to Houston where he has been ever since. Kris began working for a Boutique Brokerage in 2017 where worked his way up to Director of Operations. After helping that team grow to a top team in the area, he decided to take on a new challenge as Client Care Coordinator for a new team. However, after spending 5+ years training agents, Kris finally decided to step into the transaction side of real estate, full time, as a Realtor with The Wolf Real Estate Group. After honing his skills as an full time agent, Kris has returned back to the Simien Team, where it all began.

Prior to her successful real estate career, Sylvia worked as an IT specialist for Exxon Mobil and later AT&T, where she developed her excellent client communication skills. According to Sylvia, it’s her business to know the real estate market and her pleasure to pass that knowledge to her clients

Sylvia was born in Germany and graduated from Moravian College with a degree in business management and computer science. She moved to the United States and settled in New York. Sylvia also lived abroad, in England, South America, and Singapore, for 10 years before coming to Houston in 1999. Sylvia is a supporter of the Assistance League of Houston, the American Diabetes Association, and the Autism Society of America. When not working, she enjoys theater and traveling. Sylvia is married and the mother of three grown children
