Nancy Garner managed Woolson Real Estate from 1982 until 1995, when she purchased the firm. Woolson Real Estate, Inc. has been a leader in both real estate sales and management throughout our history. While providing full management, financial reporting and a variety of management services; In addition to being a licensed real estate broker since 1987 and a licensed salesperson since 1983, Nancy Garner is an accountant and has passed the CPA exam, although she does not have a Public Accounting Certificate, lacking a few hours of apprenticeship. The remainder of the staff includes accounting, maintenance and licensed real estate professionals. Nancy J. Garner is a member of the Victoria, Texas and National Association of Realtors and is a licensed Real Estate Broker for the State of Texas.

Amber is a Texas native through and through. She was raised in the popular hill country town of Marble Falls. Real estate for Amber became an incremental part of her formative years. As soon as Amber could walk, she was immersed in her family's real estate photography business. Amber took a break from the family business to attend Sam Houston State University. There she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Business Administrator. While studying at Sam Houston State, Amber became very familiar with her soon-to-be new area of home - Montgomery County! After finishing school, Amber worked as a loan officer, learning the interworkings of home financing, creative funding options, and how to move a file through closing. This only sharpened her skills as a future real estate agent and it was at that point she knew she would be of great service to the industry! Amber is happily married to, Zach a custom home builder, and enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young children. Amber's an avid creative director in her home life through crafting, photography, and culinary arts. Amber is well versed and ready to provide her vast skillset to her client's transactions! Amber knows she brings a wealth of knowledge for the clients' benefit through her growth in real estate, loan processing, and understanding of construction/custom home building.
