Kristian is a real estate professional with CB&A, Realtors. She was recently awarded the Houston Association of Realtors Top 20 Agents Under 40 in 2019 and founded Hurley Homes Realty Group In 2021.
A graduate from the University of Houston, Kristian earned a BA in Marketing. She went on to work in customer service for eight years and acquired excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which taught her how to identify with clients and how to develop lasting relationships with them. Sheree joined H.P. Properties in 2016. Sheree specializes in the Houston Inner Loop and near Loop neighborhoods of the Heights, Montrose, Garden Oaks, and Oak Forest, to name a few. She has lived in Houston for 30 years and knows the city well. Her passion is vintage bungalow homes in the Houston Heights, and she has refurbished her own circa 1914 Heights Hindu Bungalow which is on the National Historic Registry. Sheree is an avid recycler and green-space advocate for the Heights. She and her neighbors preserved a large green space between their homes which now includes lush native landscaping and three fountains.
She also organized and filed the minimum lot size and set-back requirements for her block in the Heights to discourage breaking lots into smaller units for development. Sheree has been complimented by her clients for her attention to detail, customer service and genuine concern for clients’ best interests.
