Amanda Brautigam, a residential real estate professional, specializes in Northwest Houston's finest neighborhoods. Her interests includes Cypress, Tomball, Magnolia and surrounding areas especially the ever growing new home construction market. After graduating with her BS in Management she launched her career in Houston's thriving Oil and Gas industry as a Contracts Administrator. With more than 12 years in a corporate setting and handling relocation issues she moved to her true passion of Real Estate. Armed with the latest technology and a vast knowledge of Northwest Houston, Amanda is poised to serve buyers or sellers and recognizes investment opportunities in Cypress, Tomball and Rosehill. A native Houstonian born and raised in Northwest Houston, Amanda is a great resource for local insider information, trends and popular hot spots. When not serving clients Amanda enjoys shopping and spending time with her children, husband and abundant extended family and friends in the area.

After graduating from Texas A&M University with a BSEd in Psychology and Biology, I taught school for eight years in the Klein School District. Additionally, I became a published writer and business owner. However, during this time I discovered my true ambition while acting as a contractor for my first home that I built in the Champion Forest area. This started my career in the housing industry, and I soon started buying, remodeling, staging, and selling home after home. My true passion turned into my career as a realtor, and the rest is history. I bring my knowledge of the area, remodeling, buying, selling, staging, writing, and marketing to my real estate business.

Kristian is a real estate professional with CB&A, Realtors. She was recently awarded the Houston Association of Realtors Top 20 Agents Under 40 in 2019 and founded Hurley Homes Realty Group In 2021.

A graduate from the University of Houston, Kristian earned a BA in Marketing. She went on to work in customer service for eight years and acquired excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which taught her how to identify with clients and how to develop lasting relationships with them. She strives to provide the best service a realtor possibly can by keeping up-to-date with current market trends, learning new technology, and continuing her education. Her goal is to go above and beyond each client's expectations while making each transaction as stress-free as possible.

Over the past 10 years, Kristian has lived inside the inner-loop and has developed a passion for the ever-evolving markets of the Greater Houston area. Fitness, yoga, paddle-boarding, volunteering, and golf are just a few of the passions that drive her active lifestyle. With the recent addition of her son, she took on the best role anyone could have: motherhood. She continues to run a successful business while still making time for her family and friends.
