A graduate from the University of Houston, Kristian earned a BA in Marketing. She went on to work in customer service for eight years and acquired excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which taught her how to identify with clients and how to develop lasting relationships with them. I initiated a mentor-training program with my previous broker in December 2015, which grew substantially over time. The program expanded to include 12 mentors and over 400 students, demonstrating my leadership and mentoring skills. My dedication and success in the mentorship program led to my promotion to the role of Director of Mentorship. I managed the overall process of the mentor program to ensure agents had the tools to be successful in their real estate business.
