Deborah David has a proven track record of impeccable service, professionalism and a commitment to customer service. She enjoyed a 20-year career in Information Technology and Project Management for Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and community colleges before turning her hand to real estate. Deborah spent several years in a management role for a luxury boutique real estate brokerage. After a successful run of leading that business to triple its sales in a few short years, she wanted to use her strengths to serve property buyers and sellers. She joined her husband, Donald David, who is also a Realtor, to form a thriving real estate practice. Her extensive experience in sales and dispositions of real estate has made her a highly regarded figure in Houston real estate, and as a Team Leader at CB&A, she has become a resource for other agents who want to upskill their negotiation tactics, market knowledge or a multiplicity of other issues that are her strengths. She emphasizes integrity and honesty in every interaction and insists upon those characteristics for all of the agents she manages.

Despite her leadership responsibilities, her first consideration is always the client and their individual needs.     Jay Mac received his BA in Political Science with an emphasis in Real Estate from Baylor University. After graduation he worked in Washington DC for 2 United States Senators and a Fortune 500 Utility Company in their Federal Governmental Affairs Dept.

    I am married to Kristin Lee Sanders, whom I met at Baylor. We live in The Woodlands Village of Panther Creek with our 5 wonderful kids (girl,boy,girl,identical twin boys). I office in the same building with my wife in The Woodlands where she is a Financial Advisor/Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with Ameriprise Financial.

    I was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas where my parents recently relocated from to The Woodlands. I loves to play golf (don't get to very often), tennis (really don't get to very often), and most of all spend time with his family doing whatever the kids want to do. The family attends Crossroad Baptist Church where we are involved in Sunday School and the Childrens Program.  We've been blessed to serve our community, church, and school (The Woodlands Christian Academy) in many ways over the years.

    Chip and his wife Jeanette live in the Village of Alden Bridge with their two children, three dogs, and two cats. In addition to spending time with his family, Chip enjoys taking in live music shows, traveling (especially to California's Wine Country), preparing lavish meals with friends, collecting rare bourbons, and supporting The Woodlands Pride organization.
