About Me: I'm a fun, loving, native Texan mom and wife that enjoys helping and serving others. I've lived, volunteered, & connected with our Woodlands & Spring Communities for over 30 years. I do enjoy traveling, listening to all types of music, and experiencing what the world has to offer when it comes to food! Why I Chose Real Estate: Two of my strengths would be that I'm a very goal oriented person with a determined mentality and I care and respect attentively about everyone I meet. With those two strengths combined is why I chose to be in real estate. I love helping people find their next home, I embrace challenges and feel rewarded when I can overcome obstacles, especially when I have helped someone achieve the American Dream of becoming a homeowner! Carlotta began her career in real estate in Austin, Tx in the early '80s. While juggling children, she sold land and ranches in the hill country. As the children grew and more time was available, she turned toward residential and finding homes for families.

Carlotta and her family moved to The Woodlands in the early '90s where she has been selling homes to happy families for all these years.

My family has lived in The Woodlands for over 40 years. And for more than 25 of those years, I have assisted clients in The Woodlands and surrounding areas, as well as Lake Conroe and Houston's Inner Loop and West Side. My specialties: in addition to helping prepare for, and marketing existing homes, assisting clients in purchasing both new and previously-owned homes.

Originally a Navy brat, Lauren has moved over 18 times, and has a unique understanding of the excitement, logistics, and emotional toll that can take place during a relocation.
