About Holly

Holly Land grew up on a ranch in Crockett, TX and attended UT, Austin. She left Texas after college and traveled all around the United States holding supervisory positions with several specialty clothing concerns. Eventually settling into the Delaware Valley, home improvement and home design became Holly's passions and the focus of her career. She established a successful contracting company that specialized in custom kitchens and bath remodels. Holly expanded on this success by opening a stone and tile company as well. Building on her expertise in residential improvement and home furnishing, Holly became a licensed Realtor in both Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Holly moved back to Texas in August of 2016 to The Woodlands to be closer to aging relatives. When not showing and selling real estate, Bethany and Joe dote on their blended families, which include three sons, one daughter . Her oldest son works in the DC area in sales and her youngest will graduated this with a mechanical engineering degree. Bethany, who grew up showing Tennessee Walking Horses with her father who was a trainer, takes great joy in attending horse shows with former competitors and teammates.
