Roger Pool joined the real estate industry as a realtor after many successful years in the Oil and Gas Service industry. Roger's wife established her Interior design business over 25 years ago in the Woodlands as another family member has started his own architecture firm. Roger brings all these resources and knowledge to the table for his clients.

Roger grew up in Louisiana, met his wife in college and after graduation they married. He started his career in the Oil and Gas Service Industry fresh out of college. Within 3 years, his career took him overseas, first moving to Africa for a couple of years where he served as Country Manager and they eventually moved to Aberdeen, Scotland where they started their family and lived for an additional three years. After living overseas for half a decade, they decided they wanted to raise their children in the US, returning home but moving to Texas for career opportunities.

The experience of living overseas allows Roger to better understand the special needs that those who are relocating to the US for the first time require. He has worked to develop a unique network of associates who will assist and help guide any clients that are first time US residents looking to buy a home for themselves and their families.

I am truly passionate about Real Estate. Before working in real estate, I founded one of the most successful and respected advertising agencies in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. When I sold my business and moved into real estate, my advertising background helped me become the the leading agent for Sotheby's, selling luxury houses in Rio de Janeiro. I left Sotheby's and founded Alto Padrao, a brokerage in Rio de Janeiro, specializing in representing buyers and sellers of luxuryproperties. Why me? I love making things smoother for my clients. Kristi Blount has lived in The Woodlands for close to 40 years. She has an extensive network of relationships built in The Woodlands and surrounding communities over the years. First licensed in 2011, she has deep knowledge of the real estate industry in the Houston area.

Kristi has 15 years of experience teaching Calculus at the local high school before deciding to jump full time into her real estate career. Joshua has been a resident of the Woodlands, Conroe and Central Houston areas for twenty years. Growing up in Huntsville and moving to the Rice Village area to pursue a Bachelor's degree from The #1 Ranked Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship, Josh knows the joys of small-town living and the excitement of city-life. He now resides on a one-acre homestead in the Oak Ridge area with his wife, Meagan, and three children, Norah, Owen, and Ethan.
