After earning recognition as a capable agent early in her career, she built a real estate company that grossed $180M, which she successfully sold to a top independent brokerage in Texas in 2011. In 2013, she founded the Haley Garcia Group, with locations in Houston and The Woodlands, growing it into a team of highly skilled real estate professionals.

In 2024, Haley expanded her vision with the launch of GR Property Group, an extension of her existing real estate services, aimed at providing comprehensive real estate solutions in the areas north of The Woodlands. This new expansion reflects her commitment to serving a broader community while maintaining the high standards of excellence that her name represents.

A real estate investor himself, with a Masters in Education, Joe Laub comes to the business of selling real estate with an eye for value and an eagerness to help others make informed decisions in the process of buying or selling a home. Integrity is Joe's watchword and he always strives to do the right thing for his clients and customers.

After earning his salesperson’s license, he pursued his broker’s license as soon as he was eligible because he wanted to learn as much as he could about the business, and not just “sell houses.” Thanks to Joe’s 25+ year background in the Commercial Property Casualty Insurance business, he developed notable expertise in writing and negotiating contracts.

Joe and Bethany are both Texas Real Estate Brokers and work as a team. They both have previous corporate sales experience and understand the importance of quality customer service and attention to detail. Joe maintains that he's the levelheaded one who writes and reviews the contracts and negotiates details, while Bethany is the eager and tenacious one who excels at pursuing clients and finding homes that fit their needs. Whether it's a client's first home, a move-up dream home, a vacation/ second home or an investment property, Joe and Bethany have the experience and patience to help them find it.

They love serving the Montgomery County community they call home where they cherish the good life that it offers. As Joe is fond of saying, “I am not a native Houstonian, but I got here as soon as I could.” Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, he’s been a Houston area resident since 2006. Joe’s and Bethany’s blended families include three sons, one daughter and three granddaughters.

A former college athlete who also happens to be a Certified Personal Trainer, Joe enjoys nature and exercise. When he isn’t showing and selling real estate, you will probably find him on the golf course or the tennis courts.

Born and raised in Texas, I have called Houston home since 1995. I graduated from The University of Houston in 1998. I immediately began my career in the field of early childhood education. For 25 years, I helped build & lead an education company that grew to partner with hundreds of schools and organizations in Houston and the surrounding areas. In 2018, I moved to The Woodlands with my two amazing kids. Living in The Woodlands inspired me to expand my careers goals into the world of real estate. Living and working in Houston and The Woodlands gives me a unique insight into the many different neighborhoods and communities across our region. Faline Windell has been involved in different aspects of real estate around Lake Conroe and The Woodlands area for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge of the area. Starting off in her industry, she quickly became a top producer and has sold several million dollars in real estate. She has personally invested in flipping fixer uppers and new construction homes and has a wide knowledge of the housing market in a variety of fields. She also enjoys the design process and has helped stage existing homes as well as design plans and select interior finishes. When moving to the area from Houston in 1997, she knew she was home. She met her husband while selling real estate in Montgomery, and they were married in 1998. That lead to two of her greatest blessings, her son and daughter, who are in the National Honor Society and have been involved in missions to Guatemala and Africa. She is very involved in her local church and loves helping with community events and supporting missions worldwide. Faline is very passionate about real estate and loves negotiating the best price for the buyer or seller she is representing and works hard to help their dreams become a reality.
