Maranda was born and raised locally in Spring, Tx and resides in the area today with her 3 children. Before becoming a Realtor, Maranda was an General Manager for a local business. Mia Kathy was born in the Eastern Caribbean Island of St. Lucia, West Indies. She speaks Creole French and has been a Northeast Houston resident for over 30 years.
