With over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, I've handled transactions in commercial, residential, land, investments, foreclosures, and short sales. As a licensed mortgage broker and owner of title companies, I've gained extensive knowledge in various aspects of the business. I've even trained over 600 licensed realtors.


I hold a degree in Marketing & Management and continuously educate myself with the Texas Real Estate Commission. I've also owned and sold multiple successful businesses, developed and branded names, and created business franchise concepts.

Sandra studied at Champion School of Real Estate and became licensed in 2005 and earned her Broker license in 2018. She is currently working with Vaughan Real Estate Group on Lake Livingston since 2013 specializing in San Jacinto County but represents buyers all over the lake area. In Sandra's free time, she enjoys gardening, boating, exercising and most of all making precious memories with her granddaughter and family! Sandra is very involved in her community, serving at her local church and volunteering for her community property association.

Born and raised in Houston, Juli recently moved back to the area from beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico where she was part of one of the top-producing real estate teams there for the last 7 years. Wanting to be closer to family and to assist with aging parents, she is now back where it all started for her! Prior to her career in Real Estate, Juli honed her skills in customer service, organization and communication with clients in her over 20 years in event planning and hospitality. Successfully working with both Buyers and Sellers, Juli will be your trusted advisor through the entire process and beyond.
