When asked what she most wants her clients to know about her, Pam Durham put “integrity” at the top of her list - closely followed by “competency” and “professionalism.” She needn’t worry. Those qualities are immediately evident, and her satisfied clients would add a number of other skills, citing her diplomacy, warmth, and sensitivity. Pam is very service-oriented. As a former teacher and trainer, she enjoys the process of walking clients through the buying and selling process, and gains their trust easily. Her background taught her the value of doing her homework and being prepared, as well as the importance of continued studies. She recently earned her professional designation as a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI).

The key to every successful transaction, she says, is good communication between all parties. So, she dedicates herself to remaining in constant contact with clients, informing and preparing them for each step from listing and contract to closing. She believes that real estate is one of the very best investments a family can make, and as a 22-year resident of The Woodlands, can’t imagine living or working anywhere else. She markets properties throughout Montgomery County including The Woodlands, Lake Conroe, and Conroe; but is equally at home showing and selling in Inner Loop Houston.

After growing up in The Woodlands, I have been a resident of Montgomery Country for 30 plus combined years; therefore, I know and love this area that I work and call home. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree in Business & Marketing. I offer 16 years of sales & marketing experience which gives me a sound foundation to work effectively with clients. In real estate, I have qualified for and received my Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation ALHS, and my HRLYPTS designation. I have a great passion for interior design and I enjoy being able to offer assistance in staging and home preparation to my clients. I strongly believe life is about experiences and making memories. As a result, I strive to create the most positive experience for my clients, their needs, and their expectations when working with them. Some of the most important parts of a positive experience in real estate is possessing a strong work ethic with integrity, being a market expert, and providing stellar communication. These are promises I give to clients when working with me. Outside of real estate, I keep busy as a wife and mother of two great kids. I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I fill my free time with activities like baseball tournaments, football games, dance, and soccer. I enjoy volunteering for local charities and helping others.

Sherry has a strong background in retail management, software consulting and education. She has taught high school mathematics and led schools in the USA; Abu Dhabi, UAE and Ningbo, China. Sherry has always been passionate about serving and helping others. She has chosen a career in real estate because she wants to offer her service and expertise to help clients obtain the American dream of being a homeowner. Sherry loves working out, dancing, volunteering, learning and spending time with family and friends. She is looking forward to working and connecting with her clients to help them make educated decisions during the home-buying or selling process.
