Elise is a native Texan and graduate of The University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. After graduating from UT, Elise moved to Houston and began a career in Finance. She accepted a position at Invesco (formerly AIM Investments) one of the nation's premier investment companies. Her early success led to an opportunity in marketing for Landmark Graphics, a software development company in oil & gas exploration, now part of Halliburton. Her corporate experience provided a unique combination of finance and marketing skills that created a natural transition into real estate. Elise draws upon that experience every day. To be truly successful, you must have passion in what you do. Elise's passion for real estate is surpassed only by her passion for people. And helping people is what she attributes the most to her success, not only as an agent, but now as the manager for Better Homes and Gardens Gary Greene in The Woodlands.

As a resident of The Woodlands, Elise knows the value of hometown and community. Her long-time membership in The Woodlands United Methodist Church and her involvement in local groups, such as The Woodlands Chapter of the National Charity League serves as a constant reminder as to how much there is to love and admire about The Woodlands. That is why Elise and her husband have made their home here, and together they have chosen to make this the community in which to raise their three beautiful daughters.

For ten years Elise was dedicated to helping clients buy and sell real estate. During that time, she received multiple awards, e.g., in 2005, as a first-year agent at Prudential Gary Greene, Elise earned the coveted "Rookie of the Year" award, followed by top producer awards at Keller Williams. Pierre Coppola has recently joined RE/MAX after been associated with another real estate company in The Woodlands. He and his wife Marlene, have lived in the area for 11 years. His parents and one of his brothers also live in The Woodlands. He has two sons in college. Pierre comes from an extensive sales background as a manufacturer's representative for a large sausage company. His real estate expertise is based in large part on the fact that he has been an investor of residential and commercial properties since 1987, both as an owner and a builder. Pierre enjoys working with buyers and sellers and is particularly focused on the purchase and management of investment properties for investors. In his leisure time, Pierre enjoys playing racquetball, making stained glass and doing home improvement projects. He and Marlene tour the hill country on their Harley in the Spring and Fall. Pierre's business philosophy is that it has to be a win-win for any transaction to be successful.

Originally from Tulsa, Leslie Nicholls is the daughter of a world respected Orthodontist/Inventor and his wife, a renowned Interior Designer and Restauranteur. Heavily influence by their accomplishments, Leslie followed her dreams by starting an International Orthodontic Laboratory at the age of 21.

She traveled the country and world teaching Orthodontists how to use her patented technique. Influenced by her parents, she had always had a love for Design. Growing up, many of their family homes were featured in Bon Appetit, Country Home and Garden, Better Homes and Gardens, Southern Living, and Oklahoma Home and Garden.

After 8 years in Orthodontics, Leslie sold her Lab and moved to Aspen, CO where she was the Design Coordinator and Business Administrator for a top Interior Designer. She went on to study Interior Design at Guildhall University's School of Design in England. After a few years in the Design World, she was accepted to UMKC School of Dentistry where she was the Vice President of her Dental Class.

In 1997, her husband was relocated, and they moved to Ft. Lauderdale, where she became a Realtor and worked for the top boutique Real Estate firm in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale. After honing her skills in one of the toughest international/Vacation markets in the country, she moved to Houston, where she has lived for the past 16 years. Leslie knows Houston! Leslie has always had a thirst for knowledge and a desire to be the best at everything that she endeavors. She strives for perfection in all things and has a strong work ethic, which she has used extensively in her 21-year career in Real Estate. She has been a Top Producer many times in her career, awarded Hall of Fame and Most Outgoing Referrals.

Because of her hands-on approach and tenacity to help all of her clients achieve their goals, she exceeds expectations. Her skills in Corporate, Design and Real Estate allow her to offer her clients a higher level of service. She often stages Seller's homes so that they obtain the maximum price in the least amount of time. With Buyers, she listens intently to their wants and needs and helps them find the perfect match for their dreams. She also helps them to see beyond the walls of homes needing changes, that might not otherwise be considered. She is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist and Real Estate Negotiations Expert. These two Certifications have provided a dramatic benefit to her Buyers and Sellers.

A lifelong Equestrian, she loves spending time with her horse, Farandole. Because of her background in the Hunter/Jumper world, she knows and loves to sell horse property. A love of Art, which she started at age 4, trained her mind to see things with dimension and depth. Leslie turned her artistic expression to music when she was 30 and went on to be a Vocalist/Soloist in the Spanish Choir at her church. She was a member of the Kansas City Songwriters Circle and founded the Ft. Lauderdale Songwriters Circle, which helped many young and old musicians find the courage to write and perform in front of people. Leslie and her husband have 5 kids, 4 have graduated and the last one is in college.
