A consistently top-rated multi-million-dollar producer, Amy was drawn into a career in real estate by her passion for people, homes, and decorating, combined with an advanced business acumen. During Amy's nearly 14 years as a Certified Public Accountant in the oil and gas industry, her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and can-do attitude made her the go-to person to coordinate and facilitate complex, high-profile projects.

A life-long Houstonian, she has lived "inside the Loop" in the Highland Village area, moving to The Woodlands in 2002. Amy's familiarity with Houston's core and suburban areas makes her an invaluable neighborhood and lifestyle resource for her clients.

Education is an integral part of Amy's life. She holds a BBA from Texas A&M University in management information systems; an MS in accounting from University of Houston Clear Lake; a CPA license; and a Texas Real Estate Broker License. Amy and her husband have three sons and a daughter, with the oldest son at the University of Arkansas, and the remaining three attending schools in The Woodlands. Amy loves attending her children's sports and activities, traveling, watching college football, going to the Round Top Antiques Fair, and spending time with her family. She is an active PTO member and volunteer at her children's schools and supports the American Heart Association, the Gulf Coast Marrow Donor Program, Will Herndon Fund at Beyond Batten Disease Foundation, and several local sports organizations/booster clubs. She is also a member of The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Cochran's Crossing Village Association Board.

Originally from DFW, Melissa moved to North Houston with her husband and three children in 2017. She understands what it is like to stand in her clients' shoes. Last August, My husband David and I experienced the devastation of Hurricane Harvey that destroyed our personal home and our rental property. We also experienced the beauty of others that traveled across the country to help others in desperate need. David and I are living in an apartment in the Woodlands, TX while our new home is being built. This also gives me an opportunity to continue my learning and understanding of building new construction from ground up and share my experiences and knowledge with my clients that may decide to build instead of purchasing a resale home. David and I have a blended family of ten children, nineteen grandchildren, eight greatgrandchildren and a host of relatives and friends and some who are our clients. In our planned leisure time, we enjoy traveling from state to state and across the waters to beautiful countries. Volunteering gives me an opportunity to give back to my community and make a difference others around me. Volunteering with the Food Banks, Area Schools, Habitat for Humanity, Area Gardening Clubs and KW Cares that give assistance throughout areas of our neighborhoods. We serve in our WoodsEdge Community Church, where we serve as Prayer Partners. Real Estate is an ever evolving industry with constant market and trend changes, it's easy to get lost in the way things were and that can be devastating to ones bottom line. Kim has been a part of the Keller Williams family, based in The Woodlands, for over six years. A native Texan, she has called The Woodlands and Montgomery area home for 12+ years and is married with four grown children and two beautiful grandchildren.
