Theresa was born and raised in Texas. She attended college at Texas State University where she earned the first International Students Award and was President of the Asian Student Association. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at the University of Houston Downtown where she also earned a Certificate of Entrepreneurship.

For over a decade, she was a corporate Channel Sales Manager and helped facilitate the growth of a small business into a multi-million-dollar company.

She has experience developing partner relationships, identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and strong negotiating skills.

Her talents landed her on the 2021 Number One Top Producing Team within the brokerage, 2021 Rookie of the Year, 2021 Number One Top Producing Commercial Agent, and recipient of the Jade Club Award based on production.

Carla Castellanos was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico. She relocated to Dallas, TX in 2007 to pursue her career as a Financial Analyst. In the summer of 2014, she relocated to London, UK with her husband to focus on raising her family. She moved back to the US in 2017, this time calling Houston, TX home. She lives with her husband and three children and in her spare time she enjoys helping and being part of her community and is an active member of Junior League of The Woodlands. She was awarded Keller Williams Signature Rookie of the Year in 2022 after completing $3.5M in sales volume during her first year as a Real Estate agent. Having lived in four different cities across three countries, she understands the challenges faced when relocating and is passionate about helping others find a place they can call home. Her main drive for being a real estate agent is to be able to help clients meet their needs; whether it means leasing, buying or selling a home, she knows these are all major life decisions and she would love to be part of that process

A native Texan, Caroline resides in Montgomery and is a trusted REALTOR® for the North Houston area. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University, where she majored in kinesiology and completed a minor in special education. After working as a teacher for 10 years, she decided to use the skills she had developed as an educator to dive into the world of real estate. The same strong work ethic, passionate community service, and top-notch communication and organizational skills that she once used to pass all her students are now being channeled into closing her clients' transactions with the best possible terms.

Licensed since 2019, Caroline is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. She also completed her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. She uses her in-depth understanding of real estate to work with buyers, sellers, and renters to find their perfect home, ranch, or farm properties. While she is particularly knowledgeable about the North Houston area, she also assists clients to find homes in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and the surrounding areas.

Besides guiding her clients through real estate transactions, Caroline enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Whether she's golfing, running, or having a barbecue with friends, she is in her element in the Texas sunshine. Diane has been in the Real Estate industry for twenty-six years in The Woodlands, Texas and has lived and worked in this beautiful Master Planned community for thirty-five years.
