Born and raised in the Philippines, Gigi Orr attended the Philippine Women's University High School and graduated from Salem College in West Virginia. Gigi's career started when she worked in Pharmaceutical Sales with Johnson & Johnson for over 10 years and was a consistent Top Salesman. She stayed at home to raise her children until their youngest son left for college in 2004. In 2004 she started working as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker United, Realtors and in 2005 she was number one Top Producer and has been a Top Producer ever since then. She has sold one transaction over $9 Million which no one in Coldwell Banker United has ever done.
Gigi and her husband Greg live in Saddlebrook Estates which they've developed since 1998. She specializes in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. She is a Cartus and Departure Certified agent, a USAA Inventory Specialist, and she was also rated in the Top 25 percentile in the Houston Metropolitan Area by the Houston Business Journal.

Welcome! As a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Interior Design, clients and their homes have always held a special interest for me. Through design, I have developed an ability to listen to the needs of my client and translate those needs into the home buying and selling process!
In the early 90's, my family and I were relocated to a very small Texas town. Needless to say, it was no place for an aspiring Interior Design consultant. So, I did the next best thing...started working for a local builder! Through this experience, I gained a knowledge of construction, marketing, sales and the new home process.
Over the next five years, I continued to work hard and take care of my clients and associates. My business grew until the next logical step was to take my experience, dedication and work ethic out on my own. That is when I went back to school and received my Real Estate license.
Since then, I have also completed the Certified Negotiation Expert training and most recently have been announced TOP PRODUCER in 2018 for my office. As your Realtor, I will apply the knowledge I have acquired over the past 14 years to represent you and your family with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
