I won't bore you with all the details, but I am not only an Awesome Realtor, I'm a pretty Amazing Inspector as well. Actually, that's how I started in real estate...way back in 2014, I transformed myself from a Business Process Manager for Oil & Gas into a Engineer's Inspector for phased construction (in other words, an inspector of homes being built). I learned so much in such a short period of time, and eventually in 2017, I parlayed my love and knowledge of inspecting into the business of helping buyers, tenants, landlords, and sellers in their real estate endeavors. After graduating from Texas State University, Stephanie moved to New York City and worked at The Related Companies, the largest privately owned real estate development company in the country. This is where Stephanie received the most valuable real estate experience, working alongside the executive management team for the world-renowned Hudson Yards and Equinox Hotel Developments. After five amazing years in New York City, Stephanie moved back to the great state of Texas to be closer to her family.
