Becky Shannonhouse started her career in real estate in 2000 working for The Woodlands Development Company. Working for a development company, Becky worked with realtors daily. Her main responsibilities were to develop incentive programs, give orientations to new realtors, coordinate events and provide marketing materials for the local area realtors. During her time with The Woodlands Development Company, The Woodlands was ranked the number one master-planned community in the state of Texas. There were many families and realtors moving to this area, and, at times, Becky was one of the first people they would meet when they arrived here.
