Born and raised in Texas and a resident of Spring, Texas for over 23 years, Crystal began her career in real estate in 2006 and has never looked back. A former stay-at-home mom Crystal uses an educational approach with her clients, ensuring they fully understand the homes they're viewing and each step of the purchasing process.





Crystal loves her job as an Agent and never forgets the impact finding the right home can have on someone and approaches each showing with that in mind. Communicating early and often, Crystal's peerless approach ensures her clients are kept up-to-date throughout the entire home buying and selling process. Crystal's expertise and unwavering dedication to research around current market conditions allow her to be an informed sounding board for her clients. When she is not working to find someone the perfect home, Crystal enjoys spending time with her two adult children when home from college! Crystal loves the outdoors and spends some of her rare down time with her husband Chris going swimming, fishing or just riding bikes together.

I moved to The Woodlands in 2002 from Austin, TX in pursuit of love and better job prospects! Lucky for me, both worked out! My wife and I married in 2004 and began building our life together. The Woodlands offered many great opportunities for both personal and professional growth and we quickly integrated into the local community, volunteering regularly at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. I have also been involved with many great local organizations including Veggie Village, CASA, Montgomery County Food Bank, Interfaith and The Woodlands Township. We purchased our first investment property in 2010 and the seeds of our interest in real estate were firmly planted. My wife Debra became a REALTOR® in 2018 and after 20+ years in corporate positions focused on data analysis, business development and client relationship management, I decided to make the jump as well, joining her to help form Sagebird Realty Group. I enjoy yoga, walking my dogs, gardening, hiking and generally spending as much time as possible outside.
