A native of Louisiana, Louise moved to Houston in 2001 and resided in The Heights before relocating to The Woodlands in 2006. In addition to her law degree, she has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Management. She is a member of the Junior League of North Harris and South Montgomery Counties and serves on the planning committee of the Giving Goes Glam fundraiser. She also volunteers with Interfaith of The Woodlands and The John Cooper School’s parent organizations.

Born and raised in Kosovo, Anisa relocated to the United States in January 2008, where she completed her Bachelor's of Science in Business (Concentration in Finance). Her background includes: Bookkeeper, Office Manager, Licensing Coordinator (Michigan Gaming Control Board), and Interior Designer. She has had the opportunity to live in many places throughout the United States and finally found a true home in Texas in 2010. It was her often frustrating experiences of relocating that ultimately led her into the real estate profession. Born and raised in Houston, TX, Rae-Shell D. Fletcher has been a realtor for seven years. With an origin in listing investment properties, she has learned various ends of real estate and finds her best fit helping buyers and sellers find the "deal" of their dreams.
