Carlotta began her career in real estate in Austin, Tx in the early '80s. While juggling children, she sold land and ranches in the hill country. As the children grew and more time was available, she turned toward residential and finding homes for families.

Carlotta and her family moved to The Woodlands in the early '90s where she has been selling homes to happy families for all these years.

My wonderful husband of 35 years is Dean Gehring, a Real Estate Attorney in Montgomery County. We grew up in the Tomball / Magnolia area. We both attended Texas Tech University. We both went on to The University of Houston where I obtained my BBA in Marketing and Dean received his Law Degree from University of Houston Law. We have three beautiful children. Two of them are enrolled in Conroe ISD schools. our oldest is attending Texas Tech University. I am an active volunteer. I have also been a Girl Scout volunteer, and a member of the Conroe Service League, a non-profit group that provides many community services and Scholarships to students interested in Fine Arts. In the past I was honored to hold the position of Welfare Chair.

As a long-time resident of the Texas and a graduate of the University of Houston, I proudly serve my clients through an intimate knowledge of Houston and surrounding areas. Kiki is no stranger to real estate and her community. She's a native of Port Arthur and has been a REALTOR® since 2018 working with both buyers and sellers. She has even built her own investment portfolio with residential lease properties and a few flips. Her past experience in the finance and customer service industry helped her develop vital skills she brought into her real estate business.
