Originally from Venezuela, Luvismin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors and volunteers her time with various organizations, including the Kids Ministry at FFC and Schnauzer Rescue of Texas. Luvismin's personal background as an immigrant and military spouse inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. My wife, Ashley, and I are the proud parents of 3 beautiful children ages 8, 10, and 20. I grew up in West Texas and my wife grew up overseas. We homeschool our kids, and by WE I really mean my wife. For us it is God, Family, then work. Homeschooling allows me to see my kids more with a busy schedule, and we love to travel and adventure during a lot of the non-peak seasons during the year. We hunt, fish, and love visiting Historical sites around Texas.



I began my real estate career in 2013 when I was hired by a national homebuilder. I worked my way up within the company, becoming a Vice President of Sales before starting my solo REALTOR® career. In all, I have been a part of more than 3000 transactions and $750 Million in sales volume. I love the real estate industry because of the different people I get to meet every day!
